As a student earning the graduate certificate* in 清洁能源 & Sustainability (a joint venture of 马塞诸斯州大学波士顿's College of Management and the School for the Environment), you will acquire the skills you need to get ahead in this rapidly growing sector and engage with local businesses, nonprofit and social enterprise organizations, and other groups committed to building a more sustainable world.

Massachusetts is at the forefront of sustainability, and this certificate will position you to take advantage of the growing markets and career opportunities in energy efficiency, 智能电网, 碳排放交易, and related financial and professional services.

*Course credit from a certificate will count toward a graduate degree should you choose to continue.

In this program, you will:

Applicants must meet general graduate admission requirements in addition to the following program-specific requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution of recognized standing or an international equivalent at the time of enrollment
  • A minimum, cumulative GPA of 2.75在4上.0 scale (or international equivalent) in all undergraduate work
  • Official transcripts for all institutions where you have earned more than 6 credits
  • Statement of purpose
  • One (1) letter of recommendation
  • Statement of intent essay: This statement is your opportunity to show the graduate admissions committee why you wish to pursue graduate study, as well as your specific interest and goals.
